Febe
I am Febe, 30 years old, and I really love to spend time outdoors!
From having lunch on our balcony, watering the plants, reading a book in Doode Bemde or running in Arenbergpark..
to trekking in Slovenia and surfing in the Atlantic Ocean. I love it all, as long as i get to spend some time outside.
I work as a physiotherapist on the neurology department of UZ Leuven and thus have to be very conscious about creating time to go outdoors.
Breathing in fresh air, enjoying my surroundings and letting my thoughts flow.. It gives me so much energy, inspiration and peace of mind that it gradually became an essential part of self-care to me.
I don't want to be limited to my annual holiday in the mountains or at the seaside to experience this freedom and joy and thus created the habit to spend some time in nature on a more regular basis.
The region around Leuven has soo much to offer!
I'd like to take you along in my enthusiasm and want you to experience the joy of spending time outside on one of our guided hikes or camping weekends.
